For a change I'm going to post some screenshots of the houses I use in my game. I don't build my own very often, but I do redecorate downloaded houses all the time. My favourites are by Guylian of Simsylvania, Stephanie B and many others who had their houses for download at The Sims Resource and B and D Builders. I have a penchant for large Gothic Mansions and Castles but also have smaller houses. I download Downtown and Vacation Island lots too as I really don't like the ones Maxis provided in the game.

This house is on Lot 8 and it is one of the pre-landscaped Treed lots from Sim Muse.
